What is Malaria?

Malaria is a mosquito borne disease that affect Humans and animals. Malaria is caused by single celled organisms called plasmodium, these infected mosquitos (anopheles) spreads when a parasite from mosquito’s salvia bits and contacts human blood. The parasite then travels to the liver and reproduces and weakens the liver. Pay attention to any signs and symptoms of Malaria such as dry cough, fever and chills and get tested. If left untreated Malaria can be sever and serious causing jaundice, seizures, coma, and death.



Some Symptoms of Malaria are:


· Fever, shivering/chills

· Tiredness /fatigue, muscle joint pain

· Vomiting

· Headaches

· Sweating/night flashes

· Flue like symptoms

· Dry cough




Help yourself and everyone else by identifying these signs early and reporting them to medical physician for treatment. Some ways to prevent Malaria around the world is to distribute vaccines and make it more affordable.
