RETURN POLICY
Kingkush Entertainment Inc. customers have a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and with tags still attached. The brand will also provide a return/refund for any damaged or defective items and if any claims are placed within the first 5 days of upon 14 days of the item being received.
How do I deal with refunds in the event of a return?

Who pays for the return of the item?
In case a customer simply wants to return a product without any legitimate issues with the product itself, the customer would be responsible for the return shipping fees. However, if the item you received was damaged or not matching the description on kingkushofficial.com, upon the customer receiving it the company will pay the return fees. The customer must make a request contacting Kingkush Entertainment Inc. for payment of any return shipping fees. Please let us know and we will review the case and provide a solution that suits both parties. Our support team is prepared to deal with all potential disputes.
Once we receive your returns, processing takes 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued to the payment method you selected for the original order.
