1.Meroe

The one-time epicentre of the ancient Napata and the cradle of Nubian empire, one of the earliest civilizations. There are over 200 pyramids, more pyramids than all the pyramids in Egypt combined. Meroe and Sudan in general has untapped ancient history and archeology that should be explored.
2.Suakin or Sawakin

Suakin is a port city in northern Sudan, on the west coast of the red sea. It is secondary to port Sudan as it was formerly the regions main port for business and trade.
